Full course description
Course Description
This 1-hour self-paced course is comprised of two modules that will introduce concepts about social work values and ethics to agency task instructors who may not have a social work background. As we continue to collaborate with various interdisciplinary entities in the community, we recognize the need to provide additional training to these individuals about the National Association of Social Workers (NASW) Code of Ethics. The course can also provide additional information about these topics to new social work professionals or reminders to folks who have been in the field for a while.
Each module will introduce the topic, have a lecture component comprised of written, rich media, and graphics, knowledge check activities, and a self-assessment to gauge knowledge of the subject matter. Participants are required to complete all module quizzes and the final evaluation to earn 1 CE credit.
